We have already released a fix for this issue. Could you please update the plugin to the latest version (1.30.0) and check if the issue has been resolved?

Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand your disappointment.
You’re absolutely right that the current Order Bump has limited customisation options. The ability to change the font and font size for the headline, description, and price isn’t available yet, but it’s already on our roadmap.
Could you please give us a chance to make this right? Feel free to contact our support team here, We’ll be happy to take a closer look at the issues you’re facing and look into expediting the customisation improvements.
Regarding the product image, I think the blurry appearance is caused by the image being displayed with a different aspect ratio in the editor. You can check the Order Bump preview on the right side to see how the image will actually appear.
