There aren’t too many broken link plugins for Multisite, but there is this one on GitHub: https://github.com/WebDevStudios/broken-site-checker
Just click on “Download ZIP” on the right-hand side and upload to your WordPress site like any other plugin.

I would also love to see this feature in WordTwit.
Another user requested this feature 11 months ago, and one of the developers said you were working on it for a future release: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-wordtwit-also-attached-the-featured-image?replies=4
When do you think this feature may be available? I’ve been using WordTwit for a while and waiting for this image feature, but I’m considering switching to another plugin soon if I can’t automatically attach images.
