The functionthe_block_template_skip_link, which is causing this error, cannot be found in either files or the database. Its name is only mentioned in three files within the wp-includes directory. However, it can consistently trigger the debug error.Reinstalling WP didn’t work either. How can I solve this problem?

I tested and removed it on my own site.
As I show in the image, it acts as if it is loading a site twice, all pwa plugins.
Isn’t it pointless for someone who doesn’t use pwa to install it on every visit?
