When you say you reset the permalinks did you set them to default and try it? What does the htaccess file look like?
There’s a thread and a fix here that might get you further.

In reply to: Delete RevisionsTara I spent a long time searching before posting this thread. That one is 2 years old. I’m looking for information that is current to the database changes we’ve had in the last few updates … like Term splitting. Has there been changes to the way Revisions are stored etc.
I tried the https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/ on a test site and it seemed to clean them out although I have no idea if the meta was cleaned or just the post tables … that’s my problem.
Edit: The FAQ shows what statements that are used and its simply running

When you add a image from the media library it looks fine in the preview. What gets served up is much different. For example and sorry but this is white text on a transparent background is this.

I have informed AVADA as bundled plugins are not supported by the authors directly. I use an average Windows 7 box with 3 crappy monitors 😉 When I have time later today I’ll try creating a new slider and report back.
