When you say PAYMENT_ID, you refer to the transaction id. right?
We already save the transaction id with entries but we don’t display them currently. Soon, we will display them.@bosstone ,
Also, you have a way to install the pro addons without inserting the license temporarily until you solve your issue.

We would like to apologize for the confusion that you had with the plugin.
I think you didn’t notice that you can set up email notifications in the free version to get an email with the results after each submission.
We have a lot of users already for the free version and E-mail notifications are just enough for their business.
Quill Forms free version form submissions are not stored in WordPress and only exist in the notification emails that are sent. If you decide at any point to upgrade to a paid version, you will be able to store and view future entries on your website. We do try to clarify this with the results page notice in the free version. However, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve this.
We’ve been working day and night for making this software better day by day and we are offering a lot of powerful features in the free version.

Thanks for reaching out. Is there any kind of firewall on your server blocking the connection? The error message is common to WordPress and usually happens when you’re using unsafe URLs. Please contact your web host and check the server logs. There might be further details on the issue.

Quill Forms pages can be accessed by any user account that has the capability of “manage_quillforms”. By default, the admin has this capability.
You have to add this capability to the user role or the user id to let him view Quill Forms pages. You can do this with any plugin that manage WordPress users capabilities like: User role editor pluginForum: Plugins
