You shouldn’t use number field in this case. You should use phone field question type and this is available in the pro version. Please make sure you have updated the plugin to 1.10.5 and you will be able to see the phone field in the addons.

Why do you need a shortcode while you can add the iframe in Elementor?Our team has tested it again as a final test and every thing is working well. So, we will close this thread. Feel free to open it again if you have the same issue.

Please make sure you have updated to the version 1.10.4 because a minor issue with drag and drop has been fixed in this version.

We have fixed the issue.
Please update the main plugin to version 1.10.3
And then please update the custom thank you screen add-on to version 1.2.1
If the update of the custom thank you screen doesn’t work, please deactivate it first then, update it then, activate it again.

No restrictions in the free plan for answers. You can always use email notifications for free to have an email with the answers after each submission and this will be always free.
