We tested this on our demo site and we did not have an issue with the individual tickets as well as the “View All Tickets.” This could be a permalink issue. If you could go to OpenTickets > System Status > Tools and run all of the tools on that page. Afterwards, please clear your browser cache and if the error persists please let us know and we will investigate it further.

Yes, that is very possible. You could run an event on repeat for that week and generate reports for each day as needed.

Have you tried going to Opentickets Tab > Settings > Reservations – there you will be able to adjust your timer for the ticket release. You can also go to Opentickets Tab > system status > tools > clear seating and pricing cache, etc. It will be explainer in the video.

As mentioned in the video is the issue is still present please let us know and we will provide further investigation.
Hi there, the Venue information appears on the ticket after purchase and on the Venue Pagwe itself. However feel free to add Venue information in the Descritpion area on the Event Page or even a link to the Venue page. The “Show Address” box on the Venues setting is the information that will appear on the ticket after purchase.
