Hi guys! Thanks for tuning in and helping me with this issue. I managed to create a staging site (using the WP Staging plugin, @bluehostsupport, because the built-in Bluehost staging site is not working on my dashboard, but that’s another issue).
Anyway, I confirmed that the product category using the Storefront theme is working and displaying properly. However, when I switch back to my Pro child theme, it’s missing again. Now, what’s the next step to resolve this?

Hi @mahfuzurwp, thanks for the reply again. I am assuming as well that the theme is causing the problem, but I will follow your advice and set up a staging site. Thanks for the recommendation; I use Bluehost, so I think I can set it up there. Anyway, please don’t close this thread until I fully resolve the issue. I appreciate you all!

Thanks for looking into this as well. Yes, you’re right; the product category pages appear empty on the front end. May I ask what you mean by the “create a menu” link?
Also, please note that if I try to switch themes, I will also lose my customization, and I don’t want that to happen. Currently, I’m using a Pro Child theme (Themeco). Is there another way we can solve this issue? I’ve tried switching to the Pro Parent theme (Themeco), but it got me to critical error, so I’m not doing that again, if that makes sense. Please let me know if there’s any other way to solve this, but switching to the Storefront theme would lose all my customization. I hope you understand that.

Hi @mahfuzurwp, I appreciate the reply. Yes, the main shop is working properly; however, the category pages for the products are missing. I have 18 categories, as you can see in the screenshot I provided, and all of the products are missing for each specific product category. Sample category links are below:
