This issue occurs consistently on both affected domains.

We suspect a server-level filtering issue (mod_security or WAF), as:

• the same plugin works on another installation under the same hosting
• only this specific admin URL is affected

We would appreciate confirmation if this behavior is known or if specific server rules may block this endpoint.
