In reply to: How do I add larger titles at the top of my page?If you open the edit page function and you’ll see a drop-down box with Paragraph shown.
Click on Paragraph and you’ll be presented with a number of fonts sizes so pick the size you want then choose centre from the toolbar.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsI appreciate all the help that you’re giving me.
My web address is http://safety-systems.co/wpsafety/
Right clicking on the page doesn’t show anything. However, I’m using Safari Developer and Page Source shows the following code.
I have only copied part of the code so please let me know if you need it all.
Many thanks

In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsDo you see “view frame source” if you right-click in any blank space of those pages?
I can see the code for the page using Developer in Safari. However, I know nothing about code so I don’t know what I’m looking for or how to fix it when I find it!
Help!
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsI’ve tried a number of themes but it makes no difference.
The “Static Home Page” selection is normally in the menu on the Customise page and in Reading under Settings.
Regardless of the themes the static option isn’t displayed.
The “rogue” page displays a list of posts of one category. I’ve deleted that category and added a new one
The rogue page has a URL of http://
Website name/wpsafety.All other pages have the page’s navigation label to the URL.
I don’t know where to locate the rogue and deleting all caches hasn’t helped either.
Very frustrating!

In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsSome more info – when the site is launched and I click on the home page, the correct page is displayed.
If I click on the header image the “rogue” page is displayed.
Any suggestions?

In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsI tried right-clicking but no “view frame source” was displayed.
I have reset all the plugins in the html folder.
I have installed “WP Super Cache – Clear all cache” plugin but no success.I appreciate the assistance that you’re all providing!

In reply to: Missing Static Front Page selection in settingsThanks for the prompt reply and the advice on caches.
I’ve noticed that when I open the site the page that displays doesn’t have a complete permalink address.
Unfortunately, I can’t find the page to delete it!
