Yep that works. Thanks. I don’t recall this step being necessary before.
Before the tab is clicked the editor appears to be in “Visual” mode with style buttons such as B and I (as with other WP editing), even though the only tab is Text. Editing and Insert Code do not function.
Once clicked, it changes to “Text” mode with code insert buttons. It then functions normally back and forth and “Visual mode” does not come back even if I leave the Tabs Responsive page and return.
Not a big deal for me, but the “text” mode really isn’t WYSIWYG, like the Visual mode in other WP editors.
Just created new site (Network Multisite setup.) Network deactivated all plugins. Then activated ONLY Tabs Responsive within the individual site (not Network Activate). Same issue as described above. WYSIWYG editor ignores existing text and does not “Insert Code in Description”. Problem was noticed before latest update as well.
That worked. Thanks.
Is that commented line not necessary for anything else?
(Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. As I mentioned this is on a private domain, so I had to be at work to try your suggestion.)
That screenshot shows standard WP menu with submenus. Behavior is normal with mouse click. This shot is with Tabs Responsive deactivated.
When activated, the menu does not respond to mouse click. Menu without submenu does respond by going to linked page.
This is repeatable by turning TR on and off.
Note if it matters, I have multisite setup. Same issue whether TR is activated on individual site or via “Network Activate.”, but I have only experienced it so far with the one theme.
Thanks for quick reply. Unfortunately, this is in a private domain here and inaccessible to the outside world. If there is another way I can help you troubleshoot, let me know.
