Sorry for not details related to the information, my bad.
When I try to sign in it gives an error message “Username or password is not valid”, even the username and password are valid.
Yes, we are using Wordfence Premium and enable the reCaptcha. We are already trying to deactivate the reCaptcha, but still not fix the issue. We need to disable Wordfence completely to able to log in.
It’s only happening if we are using login form from Users WP, default WP-Login just fine.
