I downgraded all folders and files except the content folder back to WordPress 2.9.2 for my comment-recuperer-mon-ex.com site for which I have been using the Alkivia Chameleon theme. That’s resolved the problem for now.
I’ll wait till the Alkivia theme’s been updated defore I update my WP. I’ve got too much customization to be bothered with changeing the theme…
Some times, just saving the permalinks again solves this kind of issues.
