Thanks again for taking the time to look into this issue. I would be happy to transfer your feedback to the WPML devs, but in this case I am afraid I might be kind of the middle man who slows this down.
WPML has advised me that if you would need their suggestions/feedback/help, they have a specific Go Global Program where they assist developers in making their plugins/themes WPML compatible.

If your plugin would receive the WPML compatibility badge, it could increase your number of installs/purchases.If not, then I will happily post your feedback in a new WPML ticket and report their answer, but it might take more of each of our time, so the compatibility program might be more time and resource efficient.

We have enabled Varnish, but still don’t see the issue. Maybe Varnish was not the cause? Maybe disabling Varnish fixed it/something, can’t be sure.

When we disable all plugins except Complianz, then we can do 5 consecutive scans without a 502 error, but as soon as we enable any other plugin, the problems occur, doesn’t matter which plugin.
We first tried with the Elementor combo, 502, then with only Duplicate Page or Enable Image Replace which are rather small plugins, again 502.@onjomax I just heard back from them.

Great plugin!I would like to add that with Elementor YT widget, even when Cookies are accepted (Complianz is configured as YT are embedded + use placeholder), the loading of the YT movies is a hit and miss.
Some videos load, some remain as placeholder without the play button (so unable to play).Found it, Ajax Cart AutoUpdate for WooCommerce set the minimum qty to 1.
Ok, good to know. This site uses another Theme than we default Hello Theme we use, had no idea it would load the fonts differently.
