    Ok Claudio – it’s all working again now – I bit the bullet and deactivated all of the plugins and reactivated them one by one.

    None of them seemed to cause an issue once reactivated…

    Hi Claudio,
    Thank you for the suggestion – I changed the theme to storefront and we are still getting the same problem.

    I meant to say in my last post the the submit call is NOT recognising I have typed anything in the box…

    Any other suggestions?

    Would it be an AJAX problem? It seems that the submit call is recognising that I have typed a valid coupon code in the box?

    I have gone through everything that might affect the cart page and reset it all to the latest versions of the php files, as well as deleting all code that could affect the cart in the functions.php file.

    I have disabled that plugin but the coupons still do not work

    It is worth knowing that the coupons were working, both the original woocommerce alone and also with the YITH plugin that allows coupons to be added automatically.

    Any ideas?
