okie i just searched again on the forums and found the solution to what i was looking.. so posting the link here

alain thanks for replying… i have already seen that that thing just changes how each category look…
what i was looking to do was is it possible to have two different single.php template .. like one for category A and antoher for category B

i am new to wordpress… just moved from movable type..
