I have attempted to achieve this using additional CSS but I feel it’s not giving me the best result on mobile screen in terms of alignment (works fine on desktop though)

I just got a response email from Adsense saying my account was not approved into the program.
I made a change and reapplied.
I can see “We’re getting your site ready for ads” on my Adsense account.
I haven’t got a code yet that I can add. I was under the impression connecting the service would do that.
Am I missing a step?
