yes i got it
1) unzip darkfire.zip into wordpress folder, all folders including images should be unzip into root e.g . http://abc.com/wordpress
2)rename wp-layout.css to another name
3)rename style.css (the file that extracted from darkfire.zip) to wp-layout.css
