    Hi @botzev, thanks for your help. Unfortunately, there is no way of contacting our theme author, as they are no longer around.

    Our theme is based on North by Fuel Themes. It’s basically a slightly modified version of that theme. Everything is up to date, all plugins, WP and Woocommerce. Running the latest version of everything. In Woocommerce status there are no red alters at all.

    Hello @botzev thanks a lot.

    I am trying raise this ticket on wpml.org, however I realised that I need to be registered to be able to do so. Unfortunately, our website was built by a company that is no longer trading, and therefore I don’t have any way to know user and password on wpml.org in order to log in and raise the ticket.
    Can you suggest an alternative method for creating this ticket? We really need to somehow solve this annoying issue, which is also affecting other users.

    Or is there any way to find out the credentials and the purchasing rights for the WPML plugin in my WP admin?
