There is no a specific option to accomplish that in MH Purity theme. I could do that writing a piece of code, but don’t know the procedure. Maybe can I try to downgrade the theme?

But switching to Twenty Fifteen the quiz does appear, so the problem is with my theme, MH Purity Lite. I recently updated it, likely this is a problem due to this update, since previously the quizzes work well.
Now, it’s a problem for me to change my theme, so I would like to know the source of the conflict…
