Simply add the option to display on Archive pages just like the Home page or any other page, in fact I hacked the plugin a bit and created this exact functionality.

Update to 3.1.4 brought the Visual Editor back, yay.

@esmi, sorry I should have listed that the visual is not disabled in my profile.

I am on a fresh 3.1.3 install with no plugins active and I am experiencing the same issue with my visual editor. This should never happen.
