In reply to: [Confident CAPTCHA] Errors Displayed to the WorldThanks for the comment. The Contact Form 7 support is still pre-alpha and shouldn’t have been committed with the latest push. If you re-install the plugin those errors should go away. Thanks for the heads up.
Yes, it appears that the tags were in violation of the ToCs. It was a bit of an oversight considering a couple of the other top CAPTCHA listings had the same exuberance of tags related to them.

In reply to: [Confident CAPTCHA] Easier captcha with one minor flaw: It looks like an ad.Thanks for the feedback. User definable text above the CAPTCHA has been added under the settings page. Also, you can now hide the letters that appear on the CAPTCHA or give them a broader selection of colors if you do keep them enabled.
