I’m having this problem too. I use Google authenticator – this is fine logging in to the site with Plesk but not on the WordPress side..

Hi, been through the above – in fact did both, in each case I received a notification from Instagram to say there had been a new login (after connecting). But now the message from widget is InstagramAPI\Response\UserInfoResponse: User not found.
