The message sends successfully (and is captured by Flamingo) but clearing the cache does not fix the issue.
I have this issue too; I just realised this morning that no submissions have come through via our website since August 27th. Luckily we have Flamingo on our site so we can still track submissions, but we’d like to get this fixed ASAP.
From the sound of it, this isn’t an isolated issue, so is there any word on a fix?
