In reply to: Insert/Edit Link Not working since 3.9 updateif you’re talking about the Hyperlink, I’m haven the same problem…i ended up disabling the Google libraries plugin and that helped, but now the window appears on the bottom of my page.

In reply to: Visual Editor Not Working after Upgrade to 3.9i had the same issue, i disabled the google libraries plugin and that helped. If you don’t use that plugin then reactive all of your plugins and activate them one by one.
