By the way, that was the Customizr menu – Front Page – Slider Options (unchecked the “Full Width Slider” checkbox)

Fixed it!

Unchecked the “Full Width Slider” checkbox in the
menu (not the WordPress “Slider Layout : set the slider in full width” option). Works good on wide-screen desktop and iPhone.

Hello Nikeo and Chappie:

Just changed the “Slider Layout” option (unchecked “Slider Layout : set the slider in full width”). Still zooms the slider vertically, even after page refresh.

Is there any way to possibly keep the slider from stretching horizontally? I can definitely deal with white bars on the left and right if it keeps the photos from being cropped.

You were right on! I copied the html tags and repasted them when “Text” was selected, and it worked great!

As for the 2nd part of the question (getting rid of the dummy images and the bags title), I’m going to try this page on the Themes & Co website,
