    This morning I did my regular posting and intended to turn off the plugin before I published. However, when I checked the upload files the 4 versions of each image were already present. Tomorrow I will turn off Smushit before I post, and let you know.

    The images could well be thumbnails: the sizes are 1) the original file size 2) 300 x XXX (varies) 3) 150 x 150 and 4) 50 x 50.

    I have checked back in last year’s images (before I installed Smushit) and this did not happen.
