Demo looks ok. may be it is conflicting with your theme or other plugins. pls disable all plugins and test with default wp theme.
1. 2X email is a bug for this plugin. i know about it but haven’t get enough time to fix it. will fix it in future version.

anyway, can you pls tell me, exactly which validation errors are not showing? i will fix in future version.
as required field message shows with relevant input field so i didn’t add functionality/option to show those in popup.
