I too am having the exact same issue. I’ve tried on multiple computers and browsers, IE 11 and Chrome. I get the same message, “We can not complete your request now. Please try again later”.
I deleted and set it up a second time with the same results.
Is there a fix anytime soon? OneNote to Blog seems to a perfect solution for me.
