Helo, the steps to reproduce is simply uploading around 20-30 categories.

so, I finally started fresh wordpress install. It seems that Batch Category Import plugin has problem on its own to cause that hidden category list.I use other plugin called WPEssence Bulk Categories + WCK Custom Taxonomy.
One tricky part I learn was case sensitive for the custom tax I created.

thing is, i had inserted those categories using another plugin Batch Category Import and having issues for Missing Categories.

I use all in one seo pack (which usually is the cuplrit)when i installed on other wordpress, i can see settings page.

thankswas using mozilla firefox but perhaps there was conflict with another jquery being used by the themes (i don’t know which one). i tried with other theme and your plugin works.

not yet trying to other theme but will remove those inactive plugins..appreciate your response
