Please use this custom CSS:

    visibility: hidden;
}
.post .entry-meta {
    border: 0px !important;
}

To add custom CSS, Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Hope this helps to fix your issue.

At first, We don’t recommend you to change code inside Theme, it may create an issue later, you can create a child theme and make changes. To change the transparent header background color you can use custom CSS provided below:

.transparent-background {
    background-color: blue;
}

You can use your desired color here. To add custom CSS Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
And regarding your second query, I am getting a little bit confused. Can you please explain it a bit?

You can use Gallery Widgets to achieve your desired display on your phone. As for FT: Image Widget we can’t provide you a custom CSS for your site because it is not live yet. Let us know if Gallery Widgets helped to solve your issue or not.
