Change header logo link

It seems that the header logo link by default links to the page set as the homepage. I’d like to change the logo href as my current homepage is just a welcome page.
I’ve taken a look at the header.php file and adjusted the code below with the desired URL (within the figure element with class “logo-image”), however, this doesn’t seem to work.
Can you let me know how I can change the logo’s href to not point towards the homepage?

Apologies for the delayed response, I hadn’t seen that you’d replied just yet!
Yes, the URL is https://pathofthedriven.com/ and when clicking through the welcome page (set to homepage) when clicking the site logo in the top left, I am taken back to my welcome page (the homepage) as shown in my video below:

I’d like to modify the href of the site logo to redirect to http://pathofthedriven.com/hp2. I’ve tried to do this by modifying the header.php file as mentioned previously, however, this doesn’t seem to work: https://www.screencast.com/t/McAWtq3o.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
