We have an option to fix this above issue in our Radiate Pro Version. To fix this issue in your site Please use this custom CSS:

    #parallax-bg {
        // background-position: center;
        background-size: contain;
        top: 65px !important;
    }
    #masthead {
        margin-bottom: 200px;
    }
}
