Can you please remove the custom CSS and check if it works, while checking your URL, there we see some negative margin which is not good. Please let us know if it didn’t work. Thanks.

Please use this custom CSS:

#site-navigation ul li {
    padding: 10px;
}
#site-navigation ul li ul li {
    padding: 10px;
    text-align: left;
    width: 100%;
}

To add custom CSS: Goto Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Hope this helps to fix your issue. Thanks.
