I hope someone will be in touch soon to get this matter resolved. Please have someone contact me at [ email deleted, never do that here again ].It has now been almost three weeks and our customers are unable to place orders due to this payment issue.

Hi Shameem – thank you for your response.
Unfortunately I have already tried placing a ticket as per your suggestion tens of times every day for the last few weeks. I have tried through multiple browsers, cleared my browser history, and also tried the chat function with no response. I do not know why but I keep getting the error:
“Something went wrong and we couldn’t submit your ticket! Please try again.”
…I am thus unable to place the ticket and get in touch with your Happiness Engineers. I get through at the chat, but I am yet to receive a response to my inquiries here.
Are you not able to create a ticket on my behalf, or put me in touch with a Happiness Engineer without having to place a ticket though this site. My store account is associated with my email [ email deleted, never do that here again ] and I can be contacted there.Thank you.

Hi.
I use the regular support-system (https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/) to try to place a ticket (see image below). PS: I have also tried a number of different h elp-categories than “Technical Support” –> “Stripe”.
Whenever I try sending this request I get the error “Connection to your site is broken, and we couldnt get the System Status Report. Please go to My stores page and re-establish the connection to your site.”
If I manually add my website’s (www.precardix.com) system status report, I get a different error: “Something went wrong and we couldn’t submit your ticket! Please try again”.
I am able to get through to the chat-function, but have placed numerious messages there without any response. I have also sent email-inquiries to all woocommerce-email addresses I have knowledge of, without any response.
My request is simple:
I want to create a ticket to delete one of my Stripe Express Accounts connected to my US website (www.precardix.com). The US Stripe Express Account was set up by mistake and is now creating trouble for our eCommerce platform as it is trying to make payments to this account rather than the correct Canadian Stripe Express account. Both accounts are connected to my email [ email deleted, never do that here again ] .Thank you!
