I am well aware of that but I want to build a blog where users can build their own blogs with similar features like in http://webs.com
So I wanted to know whether there is any plugins or themes which help to achieve this.
Thanks, but I wanted to know whether there is a plugin or theme which would create an interface for users to create their blogs.
May be a plugin which creates the signup page, templates and many more..
anyways thanks for the reply.
