In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] problems with W3C on specific siteHello there, I am also facing same problems with w3tc on specific site, on my multisite network. I am unable to do setting for subsite, I wanted to do setting for cache group for mobile and tabs. But these sections are disable for me. Is there need of pro version of this plugin. Please help.
Hello there, I have done setting in Performance>Cache Groups>Manage User Agent Group and its working perfect for mobile and desktop view. Now I am facing issue, because I have created multisite network and created two different sites. But subsites are considering general cache group setting for main site and theme. so my site getting disturbing because themes are different for main site and subsite.
Here I need separate cache setting for all sites in the network. So I have done this, Performance –> General-> unchecked “Use single network configuration file for all sites.” option. After this , I can open site setting page separately but unable to do setting for cache group since it is non editable, its only allow me to do setting in Performance tab in general, but not from subsite plugin setting. Please help me to do separate cache group setting in multisite network. Please help.

In reply to: Default page showing on mobile devicesHi there, is there any updates on my query?
Thank you for your reply. yes I have tried to set file permission to 755 and tried but no luck. But when I changed permission to 777 it works, but according to security issue its not good. Also I am getting error “gateway timeout” error while upgrading Quform plugin, while all other plugins are upgrading successfully.
I have searched for the solution, mostly the “Gateway Timeout” error is server side error, and its the fault of server configuration.
More information: Site is hosted on 2 different servers and we used load balancer to manage loads
Please help to resolve this issue as well. This is production issue and I need to resolve asap. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks- This reply was modified 5 years, 1 month ago by prajktareke.
Hello there, is there any solution to import site apart from manual steps? Please help
Hello, Is there any updates on my issue, Actually I need urgent help. please help. thanks
Hi Thank you for your patients, Now I got something, In my site, there are already minified js files, may be I am getting error for js file. So I have disabled the js mode.
I only wanted to minify css files. So what happened now, getting error in console because files are does not exists.
https://my-web-url/wp-content/cache/minify/1/2b0bd.css
When I checked the above file is actually not exists in minify folder. I can see only one folder is exists in minify folder i.e 0, folder name 1 is not existsHi,
I have deleted the wp-content/cache/minify/ folder manually and again enabled minify mode and purged all cache, but still facing same issue. getting 500 error (internal server error) for each css/js file. I think my environment in not compatible with this settings. Is there any other way to resolve this?
and also Let me know, is this step really helps to boost website speed? Thanks, I have done the same. but no luck.
Actually I am working on test server, which is not accessible globally.
And on productions server I haven’t made any changes for minify css/js.Here my minify mode is enabled and set to Auto in general setting, (I am unable to add snapshots here, I don’t know why).
Thank you for your response.
So as per your suggestions, I have checked the settings Performance->MinifyAnd js settings are correct , as you mentioned(before </head> after <body> it is set to default).
Than to exclude the jQuery in Performance->Minify->Advanced->”Never Minify following JS files” and added two js files for which I am getting error, the files are jquery.min.js and jquery.bxslider.min.js, (I am getting error in console for this two files ).So what happened now, I am those errors are removed and getting 500 error (internal server error) for each css/js file.
i.e https://my-web-url/wp-content/cache/minify/1/06082.jsPlease help.
Alright! Thank you.
Hello, Thank you! It works! I have enabled both groups, tablets and phones, and the pages are cached as per device. I have two questions:
1. Is that user agents list is enough for all tablets/phones devices?
2. For all mobile devices there is single cache file created, right? i.e index_phones_ssl
No means, if it is android or iphone.Hello there, Is my question wrong? I need help.
Also When I set basic mode , Pages are not cached in wp_content/cache folder. Where I can see cached paged for basic mod?
