to disable pincode serviceability on product page please go to plugin settings and uncheck Real-time Rates checkbox.

Plugin requires an active account with pickup address added in the SR panel.
Also if you will use an email which is different than the one being used to login to SR panel then the plugin creates a new account which might not have any pickup address. That is the main reason why it does not show serviceable pincodes.
So in order to get the plugin working please use same email in plugin that you used in Shiprocket and don’t forget to add the pickup address.
Other point to remember is that products in woocommerce should have weight and dimensions added for calculating rates precisely.
