I found the solution! The plugin had deleted my multisite configuration in wp-config.php!
I’m back to put the code for all work as before and I have recovered all the information! 🙂

Thanks for your reply mrarrow. Unfortunately I have enabled the whole network should have done as you say and have turned first to a single blog … but I have installed it directly into wp-content/plugins… I turned off and nothing happens, I deleted it and either… one important thing that happens is that the main site is still operating, have fallen only blogs that rely on primary site…
