Can you try resaving your permalink settings (Settings _ Permalinks), to flush rewrite rules. Even if you’ve not changed the settings recently.
I enabled multisite, so in network admin i cannot see Permalinks setting!
Please help~

@psheld i cannot even go to the dashboard of the subdirectories sites. anyway i tried it but it didnt work.
