Thanks Clayton! I figured I would have to use an FTP client to resolve the issue, seeing as I’ve read similar solutions to those who had a similar problem. I contacted one of the people in the org and hopefully they give me the access to the FTP info soon. In the meantime, is there any way I could figure out what hosting the site is using (assuming its one other than wordpress). I figured I could obtain the FTP login info that way too.
