Nevermind. The condition was incorrect. I wanted to send “ALL” email leads to the round robin, and I was hoping that just having Name ‘contains’ nothing would be the equivalent of “send everything”. That is not the case.
The work around:
1) Add a hidden field to your Form
Example: [hidden your-field1 “1”]
2) Map the field in UpiCRM
3) Using the mapped field: “Your Field 1” Is Bigger 0
So, here we are saying that “Your Field 1” is greater than 0. That worked for me and got Round-Robin going.
