Dear @simonsnoah,
I’m sorry, but we don’t have more custom position options for our floating buttons at the moment.
You can set a custom position and change the shape to round with some CSS styles.
Please, contact our assistants via chat if you need help in this: https://popupmaker.com/Dear @mariamiliniani,
I’m afraid, we don’t have integration with Constant Contact at the moment, but you can use the embed code of your form in the HTML element of our popups.
Hi @cuteantonyraj,
Popup Maker works on all platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc. We need to ask every user to signup (it takes only 30 seconds) so we can keep popup data and provide to all platforms. This is a very common technique and the similar way work many famous plugins like Akismet Anti-Spam, Jetpack. We really hope you will give a try to our plugin and can change your review.
In case of any other questions or support, please feel free to let us know, we will be happy to help!

Dear @milesluna100,
We checked your popup and all the settings are correct, it’s just a cache on your site.
Please, clear your website cache and recheck the popup.Dear gdaina,

Hello @blueboxnet,
Let me explain the situation point by point:
1) If you see double layers of lightbox that means you have inserted an embed code of the same popup 2 times and the popup opens on another one.
2) By default, the popup is setup to show on all pages (we make it this way as many customers consider that the popup should open right after the installation) and thatβs why you see the embed code site wide. But this is not an issue, you can select the pages/posts where you want to show popup and we will include the scripts only for that particular page/post. You can find a detailed knowledge base article here.
3) We will consider adding shortcode as well.
4) The branding/logo helps us to spread our service to the world and this option can be turned off if you subscribe to one of our packages.
5) Popup Maker is a service which can be used on any platform and thatβs why we ask a user to register and use an API key to connect the plugin to our service. This is a very common use case for other services as well as MailChimp, etc.We will greatly appreciate if you can reconsider your review after this explanation. Our team is working hard to provide quality product service and as you can understand we will not be able to develop the plugin/service without monetizing. Hope you can understand our point as well.
We are looking forward for cooperation.
Dear @samnorth137,
You can use our “Popup By Spoken Language” option to show language specific popups.
Just create several popups for each language accordingly, and set them to show for each language specifically.
Here’s how you can do that: how to use the spoken language ruleThank you very much for your positive feedback! π
