I’d like the email to include a copy of all the form fields completed by the guest (so that I can see their meal selections, notes, etc.). Unfortunately I don’t think I know enough PHP myself to make this happen. 🙁
Just realized there is a typo in my comment. The last part should read as follows:

Thanks for this great plugin! It’s almost exactly what I was looking for. I second this suggestion — it would be really great to be able to allow certain guests to RSVP for a +1, but I don’t want to allow guests to have a +1.
