Hi, I tried emailing your support team again and I got the following error message. Why isn’t it going through?

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain web-dorado.com by mail.web-dorado.com. [176.31.64.178].
The error that the other server returned was:
550-SPF: 209.85.192.48 is not allowed to send mail from
550 poppyshoppeproductions.com
I just updated the photo gallery plug in and I am still having this problem. I also emailed support@web-dorado.com to see how to give you temporary full admin access and haven’t had a response yet. Can you please let me know how to go about getting this problem fixed?
