Hi! Thank you very much for your reply. I really appreciate it. I tried to set-up the tax rate inside Paypal as the link instructed, but unfortunately tax still not showing up.
I tried to look for a similar plugin that has a payment scheme which you can set a tax rate on the backend and able to reflect it on checkout to have a reference. I found this http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/. This plugin is for digital downloads though and not for registration or contact form.
Can you advise me with this problem? Thanks again for your help.
