    Thank you for the reply B C.a11n,

    That was the problem!! tho the wp-config.php was already set to 256mb and the servers were allowing it … I had the server owner turn it up to 512mb and that allowed woo to run the function.

    ** Its also just one Category that is causing this error, we can view all other Categories except one.
