Thank you for the response.
I can confirm that my Theme template is conflicting with the request a quote page. Is there a way to “override” the current theme settings so that Request a quote is functioning as intended? Is this a premium option?
Alternatively, do I need to find a different theme in order for this to work as it should?

Unfortunately, this is a local website until I have set it up correctly to launch it live. I have attached more pictures in the following link: https://imgur.com/a/nJY5hkZ
As you can see, the last product is always displayed differently. Not to mention the table doesn’t appear correctly itself.
If you need any specific info, please feel free to let me know. Could it possibly be the theme I am using which is conflicting with this?
