In reply to: Theme options changes not being publishedyou are making changes to the theme options and they are not saving then you should contact the theme author and if you don’t have the latest version of the theme then install the latest version and latest version of the wordpress also.
Secondly do you see the changes on your site when you are logged in on your dashboard and you visit your site.
Look like theme problem may be it is outdated … contact the author or share the link and further details so that we can see … thanks
