If you are already using a plugin for gdpr consent then it will also load on landing page if not then you will have to install a plugin for gdpr consent.

Try using the shortcode in default wordpress editor in a draft page or post if it is loading there then it means the other builder is blocking this shortcode.

In email notification panel of form builder set a value for form name option and when someone submits it will set it as name so you can always identify these emails are from specific form.

Something has changed all the image URLs on your website.
A normal URL look like this : https://website.com/imageurl.png
On your website it is like this : //website.com/imageurl.png
It could have been caused by some image compression plugin or cache plugin.
